Every competitor meters simultaneous calls and charges per extra slot or line. Run hundreds of end customers at once - we don't count them.
No feature stacking
Knowledge base, denoising, PII removal, guardrails and quality assurance are all inside the rate. Nowhere else are they line items that quietly double a build.

Enterprise moves the agent progressively closer to your own infrastructure. The first three rungs keep our tuned voice models and our latency guarantee in the path - only the last one gives them up.

BYOK exists so a hard requirement for customer-held keys never has to disqualify us, and we price it at the market rate for an orchestration layer. What it cannot carry is the fine-tuned speech and tool-calling models, because those run on our stack, or a latency guarantee across an inference path we do not operate. For most partners asking about BYOK, managed on your own hardware is the thing they were actually trying to buy.
* Dedicated cluster and self-hosted deployments carry a monthly management fee, quoted per engagement. It is the only line on your invoice that sits outside the AI commitment.
The commitment is a draw-down credit, not a charge on top of your usage. A partner committed at $250 who uses $180 of AI pays $250; one who uses $900 pays $900. Each month stands on its own and unused credit does not carry forward.
Platform minutes size your tier. They are never metered, capped or invoiced.
Carrier services are not included. Partners bring their own SIP trunks and keep their own numbering. Recordings, audio and immutable audit logs are written to your own S3 or WORM storage on every tier; Enterprise extends that control to the databases.
